Refund and Returns Policy

At Sg Bathroom Supplies, we are committed to delivering high-quality bathroom accessories and providing a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have established a clear policy to guide you through the returns and exchange process. Please note that we do not accept partial refunds (i.e., refunds without returning the item). All refunds are contingent upon the receipt of the returned product in its original condition as detailed below. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all our customers.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
- Unused and in original condition: The product must be unused, unopened (in its original packaging), and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Complete set: All components, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Damage or defect: For defective or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will require supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos) to verify the issue.
- Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved items).
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (clearly marked as such).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery via email at fernivy@sgbathroomsupplies.com or call +65 63329248. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our customer service team will verify eligibility and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with all included accessories. Include the original receipt or invoice (digital is acceptable).

Please use a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). - Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 7 business days), we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved returns: If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-refundable charges: Shipping fees (both initial and return) are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
- Refund exceptions: We do not offer refunds for items returned without authorization, outside the 14-day window, or in used, damaged, or incomplete condition. Partial refunds without return of the product are strictly not permitted.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for a different item of equal or higher value will be processed once the return is received and approved. For exchanges requiring a price adjustment (higher value), the difference must be paid before shipment.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement item at no additional cost. If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund (including shipping charges) will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. Do not discard the original packaging or item until instructed.
6. Important Notes
- RMA number: Returns without a valid Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
- Return tracking: We strongly recommend that you keep the tracking number of your return shipment; we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
- Restocking fee: Items returned in unsellable condition (opened, used, or missing components) may incur a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
- Sale items: Discounted or promotional items may be subject to different return conditions; please refer to the specific terms at the time of purchase.
