- Taxes and Duties: For orders within Singapore, GST is included in the displayed price. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once an order enters the processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
5. Shipping and Delivery

- We ship to Singapore (main island and offshore islands) and select international destinations.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, weather, or customs are beyond our control.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
- Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you upon delivery confirmation by the courier. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report damages within 24 hours.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
