Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information
At Sg Bathroom Supplies, we are dedicated to delivering your bathroom essentials promptly and reliably to your doorstep. Our shipping services cover Singapore (main island and offshore islands) and selected international destinations. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times

  • Singapore (Main Island)‌:
    Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
    Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
  • Singapore Offshore Islands‌ (e.g., Sentosa, Pulau Ubin):
    Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days.
    1 Express Shipping not available for offshore areas.
  • International Shipping‌:
    We currently ship to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Australia.
    Transit times vary: 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
    Note: International shipping fees, taxes, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Singapore Main Island‌:
    Free standard shipping on orders over SGD 50.
    Orders below SGD 50: Flat rate of SGD 5.
    Express shipping: Additional SGD 10.
  • Singapore Offshore Islands‌:
    Flat rate of SGD 12 (standard shipping only).
  • International Orders‌:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM SGT (Singapore Time) are processed the same day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend delivery is available for express shipping at an additional charge (select at checkout).
  • If no one is available to receive the package, our courier will leave a missed-delivery notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Special Notes

  • Fragile Items‌ (e.g., glass soap dispensers, ceramic accessories) are packed with extra cushioning. Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.
  • Bulky Items‌ (e.g., shower caddies, storage racks) may require longer processing times (up to 3 business days).
  • Hazardous Materials‌: We do not ship aerosol-based products (e.g., certain bathroom cleaners) internationally.
  • Address Accuracy‌: Ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Tracking Your Order
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your order via our logistics partners’ websites:

  • DHL (International deliveries)

7. Shipping Delays & Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or logistical issues. If your order is significantly delayed:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.
  2. Contact us via email or phone for support.
  3. For lost packages, report to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for investigation and resolution (refund or reshipment).
